1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MarineCX services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

MarineCX Sdn Bhd provides AI training programs (HRD-claimable), AI tools implementation, and digital transformation services to Malaysian enterprises. Our services include:

• HRD-claimable AI training workshops
• AI tools for Accounting, Tax, Audit, and HR
• Implementation and integration services
• Ongoing support and maintenance
• Custom development and consulting

3. HRD Training Claim

All HRD-claimable training programs are approved by the relevant Malaysian authorities. Clients are responsible for submitting their own claims and ensuring eligibility. MarineCX provides necessary documentation to support claims.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and software provided by MarineCX remain the intellectual property of MarineCX. Clients receive a license to use services for internal business purposes only.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Report security vulnerabilities immediately

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as outlined in project proposals. Standard terms are 50% upfront, 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

MarineCX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Modifications to Terms

MarineCX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur.
